01 Request for Qoutation
Client request qoutation by visiting our workshop, showroom or administration desk.
1. Sending sample pictures Client send us sample pictures by WhatsApp or email otherwise brings item to the shop.
2. Work assessment: We conduct an assessment of work to be done, fabric needed and any advise for quality delivery of work.
3. Indicative Qoutation: Our administration office sends the client our estimated qoutation.
02 Work Approval
An indicative quotation is sent to the client with statement of work. Client approves/rejects/negotiate qoutation subject to final assessment.
Upon approval, transport arrangements can be made through us or client can bring the items to our workshop.
03 Work Execution
Work commences after client's approval of qoutation and 2nd assessment done and deposit payment is made. T&Cs apply.
1. Acceptance of 2nd assessment A second assessment is conducted in case there was something that was not visible through the pictures. This may lead to qoutation adjustment.
2. Statement of work signed off: Fabric choice and work to be done must be agreed and signed off by both parties. Only the administrator confirms work and duration.
3. Deposit Payment: A deposit of 75% of the total qoutation amount must be paid to gurantee work commencement
04 Collection and Delivery
1. Collection and or Delivery by us: We offer collection and delivery services at a reasonable fee. This must be agreed upon before work commences. Charges depends on client's location, otherwise client can use own transport. T&Cs apply
2. Self Collection and or Delivery: Client can arrange own transport for delivery and collection of items from our workshop.
3. Goods not collected: Goods not collected for a month starts accruing storage cost at a minimum fee or R300 per month depending on the item.
